What You’ll Be Doing
Prototype Without Boundaries: Create mechanical, electronic, and integrated systems from the ground up,
leveraging your expertise and creativity.
Cross-Tech Fusion: Combine mechanical engineering, embedded electronics, and smart controls to develop
innovative defence prototypes.
Frontline Innovation: Engage in projects supported by the Ministry of Defence and uphold the indigenous
mandates of the Indian Army.
Create IP That Matters: Push the boundaries of research and experimentation to develop patentable
technologies and novel intellectual property.
Test Like It’s Real: Assess prototypes in labs and in the field to ensure durability, reliability, and militarygrade
performance.
Build Fast, Deploy Faster: Utilise 3D printing, CNC machining, PCB design, and embedded coding to
rapidly turn ideas into reality.
Be Part of the Ecosystem: Collaborate with organisations such as BEML, the Indian Army, and defence
innovators to shape the next wave of technologies.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
Experience: 5-11 years in engineering/manufacturing (Master’s degree OR minimum 2 years’ relevant
experience required).
Mindset & Skills:
Hands-on with prototyping, from CAD models to circuits.
Comfortable working across domains, not boxed into one.
Attention to detail with a love for experimentation.
Strong technical foundation + ability to communicate ideas clearly.
Bonus: Experience integrating mechanical + electronics systems.
