HR Recruiter
Job Title HR RECRUITER
Function Call Centre Working time
• 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)
• 10 am to 7 pm office hours •
Sunday Fixed off
Minimum Education • Post Graduation (MBA-HR) Work Experience
• Minimum 2 yrs of experience as HR RECRUITER on papers. •
Should not have gap of more than 3 months Gender Female/ Male Industry Exposure Required •
Can communicate in Hindi and English both.
• Experience in BPO Telesales/Telecalling hiring / Bulk Hiring • Should have worked with Vendors.
Job Role •
Should have working experience in a target based company. Recruitment of candidates •
Screening the profiles and align the interviews of the candidates. • Conduct end to end recruitment process and get the selection done.
• Collecting documents for onboarding procedure.
• Should achieve the target of minimum 2 joining in a day. •
Have to connect with the vendors/consultancy for the staffing support and will be responsible for the Compensation Band Upto 35,000 per month •
Recruiter must search for the leads on their own and have to align the candidates for interview.
Will help with the access of various job portals. Criteria: •
Min – Graduation.
• With No MTI-Mother Tongue issue (S-SH, V-VH, P-PH Sound Error) •
RTI-Regional touch issue (Nepali, Kashmiri, Manipuri, Odisha)
• Age- Min 21 and Max-34
