Job Title: Bilingual AI Quality Evaluator

Role Summary:
We are looking for bilingual professionals to evaluate AI-powered
customer interactions for quality, accuracy, and adherence to
predefined evaluation criteria. The role involves reviewing AI agent
conversations, identifying areas for improvement, and providing
structured feedback to support the continuous enhancement of AI
performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate AI-generated conversations using established
quality guidelines.
Assess language accuracy, contextual understanding, and overall
customer experience.
Document findings and provide detailed evaluation feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve AI agent performance.
Ensure consistency and quality across all evaluations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent written and spoken English.
Native or near-native proficiency in one of the required foreign languages.
Experience in Quality Assurance, AI/LLM evaluation, customer support,
localization, translation, content review, or multilingual operations
is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
