Work with Client Services team, Operations team and Production support team in the Global Payments Business to help provide clients with accurately and timely support. Provide Clients with day-to-day support, including managing the support queue and initial triage. Assistance with integration of IT systems (API, FIX , customized solutions, inhouse platforms) Develop a strong product knowledge and work with the global client services team to document and build the internal knowledge base.
Investigating and resolved technical issues related to customer accounts - Initiating new service requests for customer account or technical related issues - Conducting bridge calls to provide language support for technical support engineers, assisting in resolving customer issues in French and Italian
Ensuring all Oracle Cloud and license product are well delivered as per the terms and conditions of the designated agreement.
As a Translator: Performing translation of source documents/literature abstracts/articles in non-English language to English or as required, and filling forms asr equested/instructed by the client. Ensuring consistency in translation terminology, for frequently translated medical terms, throughout the team. Interacting with internal contacts/team members to resolve the issues related to the translation work. Maintaining a working knowledge of pharmacovigilance and common medical terminology. As Quality Check Reviewer Review the data translated by primary translator for accuracy in translation. Review cases requiring corrections with the corresponding translation. Provide quality feedback to team resources
